Laparoscopic Care
At Kulkarni Hospital, for many gynecologic procedures, such as removal of an ectopic pregnancy, treatment of endometriosis, ,ovarian cystectomy and hysterectomy, laparoscopy has become the treatment of choice. Compared with laparotomy, multiple studies have shown laparoscopy to be safer and to have a shorter recovery time which helps patients to quickly start performing the activities of daily living.
